Precautions
- The city will determine the time of pavement construction based on the congestion situation of other application properties and the financial situation of the city.
Pavement work by the city has many hopes, so it may be constructed in the next fiscal year. - If the applicant's confirmation are not sufficient, pavement work cannot be performed.
- The finish height of the exterior does not match the height of the road, causing a step.
When exterior construction is performed before paving work by the city, or when exterior construction is performed before pavement work even after witnessing.
The finish height of the exterior and the height of the road may not match.
In that case, it is not possible to construct the road height according to the finishing height of the exterior due to the road structure.
In the event of a step, please make necessary adjustments on the exterior construction side. - Depending on the road assessment status, the shape of the site after retreating, and the height difference between the road and the site.
After consultation is completed or at the site witness, it may be judged that pavement by Motoichi cannot be carried out.
※Even if the consultation has been completed to perform pavement construction by Motoichi, it is possible to change to self-paving for the above reasons.
It is possible, so please consult with the person in charge of the road.
Documents to be submitted
Please submit documents related to the retreat site road condition maintenance application.
In addition, when performing pavement work in the city, local witness is required before paving work.
Please proceed with the removal, relocation, and construction work of obstacles, and before starting external construction work or about two weeks before the scaffolding of the building.
Please let me know if you would like to be present.
