Pavement method
Pavement by city receives land use consent form and written oath from landowner, and city paves retreat sites in road shape.
About surface management such as retreat sites after pavement construction, city performs.
Construction and confirmation items by the applicant

| Removal and relocation of obstacles | Removal and relocation of obstacles (including on roads) in the retreat site has been completed. |
| Confirmation of burial depth of buried objects | Regarding the burial depth of the buried pipe in the retreat site, a depth that does not affect the pavement work (approximately 80 cm or more: see the figure below) can be secured. |
| Removal of private landmarks | Private landmarks (including on roads) in the retreat site have been removed. |
| Relocation of telephone poles, etc. | ・Relocation of Tokyo Electric Power Co., Inc., NTT Pillars, etc. in advance regarding the relocation location and timing with Tokyo Electric Power Company, NTT, etc. We will discuss the results and contact the road in charge. (It may be necessary to arrange a meeting with Public Works Office regarding the relocation location.) ・Regarding the relocation of traffic signs, discuss with the police about the relocation of traffic signs due to road widening. The results are narrowed and contacted to the road manager. ※When relocating telephone poles, etc., it will be pavement work after the relocation. |
Please submit confirmation matter by applicant after filling in "checklist and pledge at the time of request" pavement construction by city "of style downloading" page.
Notes
- The time of pavement construction is determined by the congestion status of other application properties and the financial status of Motoichi.
Because there are many hopes for pavement work by the city, it may be construction of the next fiscal year.
- If the confirmation items by the applicant are insufficient, pavement work cannot be performed.
- The finishing height of the exterior and the height of the road may not match, resulting in steps.
If the exterior construction is performed before the pavement construction by the city, or if the exterior construction is performed before the pavement construction even after the witness, the finishing height of the exterior and the height of the road may not match.
In that case, it is not possible to construct the height of the road according to the finishing height of the exterior due to the road structure.
Necessary adjustments in the event of a step should be made by the exterior construction side.
- Depending on the assessment status of the road, the shape of the site after retreat, and the height difference between the road and the site, it may be judged that pavement by Motoichi cannot be carried out after consultation is completed or at the time of site witness.
※ Even if the consultation was completed as a pavement construction by Motoichi, it is possible to change to the pavement by yourself for the above reasons, etc., so please consult with the road in charge.
Documents to be submitted
I would like presentation of reclaimed land road maintenance application documents.
In addition, when we perform pavement construction in city, local witness is necessary before pavement construction.
Please proceed with the removal, relocation, and construction work of the obstacles, and contact us before the start of the exterior construction work or about two weeks before the scaffolding of the building comes off.

About subsidy
After the completion of the pavement work by the city, if there is an application for subsidies for the removal and relocation of obstacles, construction work, etc.
Please push forward application procedure of subsidy according to "procedure (subsidy application after construction completion)".
