4 Procedures (application for subsidies after completion of pavement work)
Last Updated October 30, 2024
About application of subsidy
Flow of subsidy application after pavement work is completed
When we hope for grant of subsidy, we apply for subsidy after completion of removal, relocation of obstacle object, construction work and pavement work such as retreat site.
- We submit "maintenance promotion subsidy grant application" other required documents and apply for grant of subsidy.
Yokohama-shi performs on-site confirmation and confirms that maintenance is completed and makes grant decision.
- After the grant is decided, please prepare the “Details of Maintenance Act Expenses” and other documents related to the subsidy application in accordance with the “required documents checklist for granting subsidies” and submit it by mail or at the counter.
The subsidy compares the total amount calculated in the "Subsidy List" with the total amount of the cost actually taken for retreat maintenance, and issues the lower sum as a subsidy.
- After subsidy amount is decided, please submit "maintenance promotion subsidy bill".
It will take approximately one month from the submission of the invoice to the payment.

Notes
- To apply for a subsidy, you need to submit a contract, quote, and receipt.
If you do not have a contract (including a change contract), a quote (breakdown), or a receipt, you will not be able to pay the subsidy in principle.
- The name of the contract, quotation (breakdown), and receipt must all match the applicant for the consultation.
When applicant of consultation maintains retreat sites based on consultation and bears expense, we can receive grant of subsidy.
In principle, if the applicant of the consultation and the contract for subsidized construction are in a different name (including a change from a single name to a joint name), it will not be accepted.
- The total amount of the contract, quotation (breakdown), and receipt must all match.
If there is a change contract or additional estimate after the contract, it is necessary to submit all documents so that the total amount of the contract, estimate (breakdown), and receipt match.
- Please put the item of "Narrow road widening maintenance work" in the estimate (breakdown).
Please put the item of "Narrow road widening maintenance work" in the breakdown of the estimate so that you can understand the items of the subsidized construction.
※The unit should be combined with the unit of the subsidy item.
The estimate is based on the “Breakdown Statement”.Style downloadAs we publish "narrow road widening maintenance construction breakdown statement" in page as reference style, please inflect.
