Flow of subsidy application after completion of pavement work

When we hope for grant of subsidy, we apply for subsidy after completion of paving work such as removal, relocation of obstacle object, construction work and retreat site.


  1. We submit "maintenance promotion subsidy grant application" and other required documents and perform grant application of subsidy.
  2. After grant decision of subsidy, we submit "maintenance act completion report" and report that maintenance of retreat site was completed.
  3. After submitting the "Maintenance Action Completion Report", Yokohama City will confirm on-site and confirm that maintenance has been completed.
    After confirmation, please prepare the “Maintenance Action Cost Declaration Form” and other documents related to subsidy application in accordance with the “required documents Checklist for Grants” and submit it to the mail or at the counter.
    The subsidy compares the total amount of the sum calculated in the "Subsidy List" with the total amount of expenses actually required for retreat maintenance, and issues the lower sum as a subsidy. The subsidy amount will be determined after the completion of the maintenance of the retreat site.
  4. After subsidy amount is decided, please submit "maintenance promotion subsidy bill". It takes about one month from submission of the invoice to payment.

  • Copy of letter of acceptance of completion inspection such as road construction
    ※When road condition maintenance is carried out by oneself
  • Other required documents designated by the city

4.Billing
  • Maintenance promotion subsidy bill
    ※Only if there are multiple applicants, seal of all applicants is required.
  • Power of Attorney Receipt
    ※Only if there are multiple applicants, seal, who delegated the receipt of the grant, is required.

Precautions

  • To apply for a subsidy, you need to submit a contract, quote, and a receipt.
    If you do not have a contract (including a change contract), a quote (breakdown), or a receipt, you will not be able to pay the subsidy in principle.
  • The name of the contract, quotation (breakdown), and receipt must all match the applicant of the consultation.
    We can receive grant of subsidy when applicant of consultation maintains retreat sites based on consultation and pay for expense.
    In principle, if the applicant of the consultation and the contract for the subsidized construction are different names (including the change from single name to the common name), it will not be accepted in principle.
  • The total amount of the contract, quotation (breakdown), and receipt must all match.
    If there is a change contract or additional quote after the contract, you will need to submit all documents so that the total amount of the contract, quote (breakdown), and receipt match.
  • Please put the item of "narrow road widening maintenance work" in the estimate (breakdown book).
