Applicants must pave the retreat site in a road form (single cross section).
About surface management of retreat site after pavement construction, city performs.
Because it is construction to relocate road gutters, it is necessary to apply for construction approval (own expense construction application) to Public Works Office.

In road condition maintenance plans, etc. in the application for enforcement approval of road construction, etc., the road manager is responsible for the road maintenance plan, etc.
If we determine that there is a problem in management, we will not be able to proceed with the procedures related to Article 20 of the Ordinance for Enforcement Regulations.

When road condition maintenance is performed, we can apply for subsidy about relocation of gutter (including pavement), relocation of basin in road.
After the pavement work is completed, if there is an application for subsidies for paving work, removal / relocation of obstacles, or construction work.
