• Please send a total of two copies, the original (1 copy) and the duplicate (1 copy), and a reply envelope with the required fee.
• If you use a shipping method that does not retain its arrival history, this section will not be liable for any failure to reach registration form. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that allows you to check the history of shipping status.
• We will return the duplicate stamped with the registered seal and the registered seal. Attach the notified sticker to the sign at the construction site.
• If there are any deficiencies in the content of the report, the person in charge may contact you. Be sure to include the contact information (company name, person in charge, Phone number, etc.).
• Before sending, please check again for any omissions and books attachments.

• We are not working to shorten the Reception hours. As a measure to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we have installed an acrylic plate at the counter.

In order to promote the separation and recycling of construction waste such as concrete lumps and wood generated during construction, when performing construction work or demolition work of buildings that meet certain requirements or structures other than buildings , Is required to submit a notification.

Regarding the demolition of buildings with a total floor area of less than 80 m2, Yokohama City is requesting the submission of the demolition work registration form according to the "Guidelines for Demolition of Buildings".
