Businesses that recommend mailing procedures
In order to avoid congestion at the counter, we will inform you of businesses that recommend procedures by mail. As there is business where procedure by mail is possible other than business that we publish, please refer to each section in detail. ※Information on businesses that can be processed by mail and online is also posted on the Yokohama City web page. When submitting a request for a copy of resident certificate or a certificate related to family register, please send it to the Yokohama City Mail Request Office. Requests by mail will take the total number of days of processing and round-trip mail delivery days. It is usually expected to take about 10 days from the time of posting the certificate, but it may take more days depending on factors such as postal circumstances and holidays, so please request in advance. |
