"Minor points" are a country business in which you make a reservation and apply for minor points using a My Number card and charge or shop with the selected cashless payment service.
You can use a wide range of cashless payment services such as IC cards (electronic money), QR code payment, and credit cards.

You can make reservations and apply for minor points from your smartphone or computer. If you do not have a compatible smartphone or personal computer and have difficulty performing procedures at home, please use the "Minor Point Procedure Spot" (outside site) installed at a nearby post office or convenience store. A special booth is also set up on the first floor of Nishi Ward Office, which can be used by those who already have a My Number Card (until October 30, 2020).

In Yokohama, a 3-minute walk from Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi, which is convenient for transportation, we have set up a "Yokohama City My Number Card Temporary Application Window" which can accept applications for My Number Cards on weekdays, nights and weekends.
If you live in Yokohama City and are applying for a My Number Card for the first time, you can apply at this window. The completed card will be mailed to your home (only receipt mail). You can also take a photo of your face at the counter for free.
