[Application period: July 11 - August 9, 2019] This is a health course for those who are worried about the results of medical examinations and want to work on lifestyle improvement. After deciding the goal of “Let's challenge!”, We started a 21-day health challenge. Why don't you feel the change in 21 days?

| Contents | 1st time: Body composition, blood pressure, grip strength, veggie check® measurement, gymnastics guidance, how to make use of medical examination results, basics of nutrition, challenge goal setting |
