June 4th to 10th is "Tooth and Mouth Health Week".
On Thursday, June 6, Nishi Ward will hold a health promotion support event, fluoride application to children (reservation required), and a Dentistry consultation.

Health promotion support event (reservation not required, free)
We have prepared various measuring equipment that can check the condition of the body, such as bone density measurement and veggie check to measure the estimated vegetable intake. Do you not check your body health at the ward office on this occasion?
Time: From 13:30 to 16:00
Venue: Nishi Ward Office 3rd floor
Contents: Bone density measurement, alcohol patch test, veggie check, food education, Dentistry, health information display, physical strength measurement, apron theater for children, etc.

It is available to check whether calcium and exercise is sufficient.
You can check if the vegetables are taken.
Fluoride application to children (reservation required, free of charge)
Target: Preschool children over 2 years old
Time: From 14:30 to 15:45 (every 15 minutes)
Capacity: The first 15 people in each frame
Application: From 9 o'clock Monday, May 13
※If you are a brother or sister, please apply for the number of children.
※Please apply after having a good understanding of the following contents.

This time, fluoride application is a hands-on application.
Fluoride application makes teeth less likely to become cavity, and just because it is applied does not mean that it will not become a cavity. Fluoride is not a universal silver bullet, but one of the precautionary measures.
Fluoride is in nature, so there is no danger. What is used is taken directly into the teeth, but it is said that the amount taken into the whole body is small, so it is said that safety is high.
Very rarely, poisoning symptoms may cause nausea and diarrhea, so be sure to come with your guardian on the day.
If you are not feeling well, please refrain from coming to the venue.

Free Dentistry consultation for all ages by Nishi Ward Dental Association.
Please contact us about brushing your own and your child's teeth, and concerns about your mouth. Dentals and dental hygienists will be available.
