About the 2024 Midori Ward Regional Disaster Prevention Advisor Dispatch Project
Midori Ward is implementing the Midori Ward Regional Disaster Prevention Advisor Dispatch Program, which dispatches advisors with expertise in disaster prevention to support disaster prevention efforts promoted by Neighborhood Association and others. Therefore, please use this project at places such as study meetings and training on disaster prevention.

1 Advisor who can apply for dispatch
As shown in Attachment 1 “List of Dispatched Regional Disaster Prevention Advisors”

2 Purpose of dispatch of advisors
・Create local disaster prevention manuals with the advice of experts
・Coordination of evacuation shelter's management based on examples from other cities
・Conducting workshops related to disaster prevention such as condominium disaster prevention
・Creating evacuation centers that incorporate women's perspective
・Lectures on disaster prevention incorporating the perspective of people who need consideration (persons requiring assistance during a disaster)
・Training on equipment handling in evacuation shelter
3 Target Organizations
Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Association, evacuation shelter Steering Committee, Condominium Residential Association
4 Expenses
The ward will bear the full cost (instructor reward) associated with the dispatch of advisors.
However, if expenses other than the instructor's fee, such as the venue fee, are incurred, please pay at Neighborhood Association etc.
5 Reception period and number of applications
From May 20, 2024 to January 31, 2025
20 on a first-come, first-served basis (up to 2 applications can be made in one group)
※As soon as 20 cases are reached, acceptance is closed
※1-2 hours per time
6 Application method
At least 30 days before the desired date of dispatch, please submit an application using the Yokohama City Electronic Application System or by e-mail, fax, or General Affairs Division window.
