We made a new contract with Rakuten Bank and became a financial institution that supports fund transfer.
・About new application of fund transfer
　Applications will be accepted from December 6, 2023.

・About the start of fund transfer
　It will start from the transfer on February 13, 2024.

・About the entry of Water Works Bureau's fund transfer request form
　Rakuten Bank is not listed for fund transfer request forms sent in FY2023 and FY2024 due to the timing of printing order.
　You can also apply for a fund transfer request form that does not include Rakuten Bank.

・The transfer date is the 13th or 29th of the month following the meter reading. You can specify it on either day.
　(If the financial institution is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the next business day will be the transfer date.)
・If the transfer cannot be made on the 13th due to a shortage of deposits, etc., the 29th will be the re-transfer date.
　(Depending on the reason why the transfer was not possible, re-transfer cannot be made on the 29th, and the delivery notice may arrive.)
・If the 29th is designated as the transfer date, there will be no re-transfer date.
・If you cannot make the transfer on the 29th, you will receive a delivery notice, so please pay at a financial institution or convenience store.
・The receipt will be printed on the notice of the next meter reading in principle, but it may be sent by mail due to the transfer results from financial institutions.

※Precautions
・After applying for fund transfer, it may take about one to two months to complete the confirmation procedure with the financial institution.
　If you are in a hurry, please use the "Web Fund Transfer Service (Water Charge, etc.)" or apply directly to the financial institution of your business partner.
・If the debit cannot be made from the designated account for 6 months, we will cancel it.
・The department in charge (045-337-0473) may contact you to confirm the details of the fund transfer application.

・If you wish to change your account, you will need to follow the new procedure.
・Until the switchover, the debit will be made from the previous account, but if you do not wish to withdraw from the previous account, you can also choose to pay with the delivery notice.
・If you would like to pay with the delivery notice, please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.

Please contact the Customer Service Center. Until the procedure is completed, the transfer date will be the same as before.

・If you wish to make a fund transfer, you can apply at the handling financial institution.
　Please bring your bankbook, private seal, and customer number (news such as water supply, sewerage usage, etc.) to the financial institution you wish to withdraw.
・Until the procedure is completed, payment will be made with the delivery notice.
・If you move in Yokohama, you can transfer from the same account, so please apply to the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.

　Please apply from the mailing procedure page of application form.
　※If you apply in Water Works Bureau, please note that it will take longer to apply than financial institutions.

　The contract was canceled with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation as of March 31, 2023.

・About new application of fund transfer
　Application has been closed for arrival in Water Works Bureau on December 28, 2022.

・Response to customers who have designated Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking by direct debit
　Handling is not available after April 1, 2023. For this reason, Water Works Bureau has changed the payment notice for customers who have designated Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation for direct debit transfer.

・About the entry of Water Works Bureau's fund transfer request form
　Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation remains listed on the fund transfer request form to be sent in FY2023 due to the timing of printing order.
　The description is misleading to customers, but we ask for your understanding.
