At the rabies vaccination collective injection site, you will need a three-part “Yokohama City rabies vaccination Certificate Grant Application Form”.
Please register your dog at each ward office Health Sanitation Division before visiting.
(Because it may be necessary to check the microchip information, please contact each ward office Health Sanitation Division in advance.)

At the rabies vaccination meeting venue, you will need three consecutive "Yokohama City rabies vaccination Certificate Grant Application Form." The application form will be sent around late March for those who have already registered their dogs in Yokohama. （１） If the injection takes time, or if it is not possible to line up in the prescribed position due to reasons such as being unable to hold the dog or the dog is excited, or if the dog is unable to line up in place.

　　D. Excessively excited during injections (especially elderly dogs).
　　E. There are underlying diseases such as heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, and blood disease. In addition, there are other diseases currently undergoing ongoing treatment.
　　I have had a convulsion attack within one year.

Morning Venue: From 10 o'clock to 12:00
Afternoon Venue: 13:30 to 15:00
All day Venue: From 10:00 to 12:00, 13:30-15:00

The venue will be crowded for about 30 minutes from the start time. Please cooperate with visitors to avoid congestion time.
Please come to the venue 5 minutes before the end of the event.

Injection fee (Yokohama Veterinary Medical Association Fee): 3,100 yen
Injected vote grant fee (Yokohama City Fee): 550 yen

If a warning (heavy rain, flood, storm, storm, snow, heavy snow) has been issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency Yokohama Regional Meteorological Observatory at 8:00 am, all venues on that day will be canceled. In addition, if a warning is issued at 11:30 am, the afternoon venue will be canceled.
