Last Updated June 15, 2022

About lifelong breeding

Animal owners must strive to keep them for life (to keep them properly until they reach their lifespan).
Please keep it responsibly until the end.
If you are unable to keep them for unavoidable reasons, look for a new owner.
Picking animals is the last resort after trying to keep them and finding a new owner.

If you can't keep it.

If you are unable to keep animals due to unavoidable circumstances and cannot find a transfer destination, please consult with your Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division in your ward.

(2) When the collection is repeatedly requested.
(3) When a puppy or kitten is requested to be picked up, and if you do not respond to guidance to take breeding restrictions.
(4) When a dog or cat is required to be picked up due to reasons such as aging or illness, or for reasons that it is not deemed difficult to breed the dog or cat.
(5) If you have not been working to find a new owner in advance when requesting a pickup.
