About when we find lost dog and cat at ward office closing
For temporary protection, please contact the ward office Health Sanitation Division at the time of opening or consult your nearest "Koban" (police box) or police department.
However, in the following cases, please contact the Yokohama Call Center.
- When a released dog is at risk of harm to a person
- If a lost dog or cat needs immediate treatment due to severe injury, etc.※
※We will adjust the nearest acceptable facilities, so please cooperate in transporting to the designated facilities.
