Abandonment or abuse of pets (animals) will be punished.

Animal abandonment and abuse of animals is prohibited by the Act on the Protection and Management of Animals (Activity Law).
If you have any information about abuse caused by improper breeding management, such as unnatural injuries or insufficient feeding or water, please contact your Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division.
Also, animal abandonment or abuse is a crime, so please report it to your nearest police department.
