Neba Station Area Community Development Consultation Guidelines

The area around Niiba Station is positioned as a part of the city center of Shin-Yokohama, and infrastructure development such as the opening of Municipal Subway Line 3 and the maintenance of city planning roads are being promoted.
In Yokohama City, together with local organizations, we are examining the creation of a city suitable for the station square in the center of Shin-Yokohama, where factories, houses, commercial facilities, etc. coexist, and in January 2001, in the first district, "Niwa Station Area District Plan" was decided. City planning was decided. Then, in March 2004, the city planning was decided to change the city planning to expand the area of the city planning to the second district. In addition, along with these city planning decisions, the local town planning council established the "Niwa Station Area Community Development Agreement" as a rule to supplement the city planning.
This guideline asks you to build a building in line with the "Niwa Station Area Town Development Agreement".
