In Yokohama City, in 2014, the “Yokohama City Public Works Landscape Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as“ Guidelines ”)” as a summary of knowledge and examples of landscape formation in public works conducted by the city. At each stage from the concept and planning of public works to maintenance, we have been operating it as a guide that shows the way of thinking and viewpoints when considering the landscape.
After that, in response to the revision of the “Yokohama City Landscape Vision” at the end of FY2018, the guidelines were revised in May 2019, and the “Yokohama City Landscape Plan” was revised (enforced in January 2020) and the development of the “Yamate-District City Landscape Consultation Area” (enforced in the same month), Yamate-District was newly added as a landscape promotion district and urban landscape consultation district.
