Building applications ・ Use of the first floor of the building should be a merchandise sales, eating and drinking, and service shops, and avoid using houses and general offices.
Retreatment of wall ・ In the part shown in the area map, the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this must be retreated 1.5m or more from the boundary line. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the outer walls of the third floor or higher.
Parking lot, bicycle parking lots, cargo handling area

・ For parking lots, 50% or more of the number of dwelling units and the required number of parking spaces will be installed on the roadway side of the premises.

・ The entrance and exit of the parking lot will be set up as much as possible.
・ Parking lots, cargo handling areas, and garbage storage areas will be installed on the roadway side of the premises, and planting belts will be provided to consider the aesthetics.
Architectural design

・ The design of the building is centered on straight lines.

・ Represents a horizon that represents the use classification and floor height of the building.
・ The shape of the window should be as long as possible.
・ The design of additional elements such as roofs and entrances can be used as accents.
Materials and Colors

・ For the color of the outer wall of the building, select a calm color tone such as light color (brown, green), and do not use radical colors.

・ When using strong colors, consider harmony with the outer wall of the building, use it in a small area as an accent.
・ Use natural materials such as stones, bricks, and wood as much as possible in the lower part of the building.
・ When using artificial materials such as tiles, the ones that are as close to the natural texture as much as possible shall be selected.
Flower beds, etc.

・ There are flowers around the foot of the store.

・ Decorate flowers on the windows, balconies, etc.
・ The vacant lot is decorated with wildflowers (natural flowers) as much as possible.
Signboards and advertisements .

・ The design shall be as small as possible, and the design shall be considered.

・ In principle, one building shall not be installed in the residential part.

・ It shall be horizontally long and installed in consideration of the design of the wall and harmony with the horizon.
Rooftop signboard ・ Not install it.
Three-dimensional signboard Make sure that the industry, business type, and product of the store will be visually expressed and fun.
Placing sign Install it on the premises so as not to hinder walking.
Others Design of exterior wall 3rd floor or higher ・ If the wall is not retreated on the outer wall of the third floor or higher where the wall retreat is specified, give due consideration to the design of the wall seen from the street.
View of rooftop facilities, etc.

・ The rooftop equipment should be taken so that it is not easily seen from the street, such as raising the wall and covering the four circumferences.

・ Water supply and drainage pipes, etc. should be taken inside the building as much as possible. (If it cannot be taken in, consider such as installing it in a position that is not visible from the street, making it the same color as the wall, and devising it as a wall design component.) 。
Garbage storage area

・ It is located on the side of the road.

・ Provide a garbage storage area for temporary storage as much as possible. In addition, consideration should be given to inconspicuous, such as setting up a planting zone.
・ In the shop where garbage is generated, each person will have a garbage storage area on the premises.
Shutter ・ A structure that enables window shopping such as transparent shutters as much as possible.
Sunshade tent

・ It shall be considered in consideration of the cityscape.

・ Sunshine tents will be placed on the premises and installed well away from the ground surface so as not to hinder pedestrian traffic.
