Wall retreat ・ In the part shown in the area map, the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this must be built by retreating at least 1.5m from the boundary. However, this does not apply to the outer wall part of the third floor or higher.
Parking lot, bicycle parking lots, cargo handling area

・ For parking lots, at least 50% of the number of dwelling units and the required number of parking lots according to the business form will be installed on the side of the road on the premises.

・ The entrance to the parking lot will be consolidated as much as possible.
・ Parking lots, cargo handling areas, and garbage storage areas will be installed on the side of the road on the premises, planting belts, etc. will be provided to consider the aesthetics.
Architectural design

・ The design of the building is based on straight lines.

・ The horizontal line representing the usage category and floor height of the building is expressed.
・ The shape of the window should be as long as possible.
・ The design of additional elements such as roofs and entrances can be used as accents.
Material and color

・ The color of the outer wall of the building should be calm tones such as pale (brown, green), and do not use flashy colors.

・ When using strong colors, consider harmony with the outer wall of the building and use it in a small area as an accent.
・ Use natural materials such as stones, bricks, trees, etc. as much as possible in the lower part of the building.
・ Even when using artificial materials such as tiles, we will select those that are as close to the natural texture as possible.
