Inundation damage countermeasures area

In Yokohama-shi, we designate "flood damage measures area" based on Yokohama-shi sewer regulations for the purpose of promoting inundation measures by public-private partnership in response to frequent local heavy rain.
※What is the flood damage countermeasure area?
For the purpose of effectively promoting inundation countermeasures, the Sewerage Law (Law No. 79 of 1958) was revised and newly stipulated in July 2015, and localized heavy rain (so-called guerrilla downpours) Areas where it is necessary to promote inundation countermeasures through public-private partnerships for frequent occurrences of rain).
