Flood Damage Countermeasures Area

In Yokohama-shi, we appoint "flooding damage measures area" based on Yokohama-shi sewer regulations for the purpose of promoting inundation measures by public-private partnerships against frequent occurrence of localized heavy rain.
※What is the Flood Damage Countermeasures Area?
The Sewerage Law (Law No. 79 of 1958) was revised in July 2015 for the purpose of effectively promoting inundation countermeasures, and is a newly stipulated area. Areas where it is necessary to promote inundation countermeasures through public-private partnerships in response to frequent occurrence of heavy rain).
