Response by e-mail

1 Items that can be handled

  Confirm the contents of documents, drawings, etc. to add or replace the application and notification after receiving various applications and notifications

  ※ Documents, drawings, etc. will not be printed.

3 Transmission method

  • Enter the receipt number, name, and name of the person in charge of the documents to be sent (eg: No. 2020 opening 1901, modified drawing, □□□□) in the subject and send it.
  • After sending, be sure to inform the person in charge of the destination by telephone that you have sent the e-mail. (If the person in charge is not present, please inform the other person in charge.)
  • Be sure to know the sender's company name or name, and the Phone number that can be contacted during the daytime on weekdays.

4 Notes, etc.

  • Please note that we will not respond in principle if we receive anything other than those that can be handled.
  • Please note that the above e-mail address will be deleted after the emergency response for COVID-19 infection is completed.
  • Files up to 5MB can be received, but depending on the file, it may not be possible to receive it due to the security of the city.
