About Article 32 consultation of the City Planning Act

Article 32 of the City Planning Act (Agreement of Managers of Public Facilities, etc.)
- A person who intends to apply for a development permit must consult with the manager of a public facility related to the development activity in advance and obtain the consent.
- A person who intends to apply for a development permit must consult in advance with a person who will manage public facilities established by development activities or construction related to development activities and other persons specified by a Cabinet Order.
- The manager of the public facilities prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs or the person who will manage the public facilities shall conduct the consultation set forth in the preceding two paragraphs from the viewpoint of ensuring proper management of public facilities.
Commentary
Consent and consultation are stipulated in Article 32 of the Act for the purpose of ensuring smooth implementation of development activities and proper management of public facilities.
When applying for a development permit, the business operator consults with the manager of the public facilities related to the development activity in advance, obtains the consent (Article 32, Paragraph 1 of the Act), and works related to the development act or the development act In consultation with the person who will manage the public facilities set up by (Article 32, Paragraph 2 of the Act), and documents certifying these shall be attached to the permission application (Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Act) ).

About the flow of procedures
The consultation application form under Article 32 of the City Planning Act will be accepted after the day following the expiration of the inspection period prescribed in Article 13, Paragraph 3 of the Ordinance on Coordination of Yokohama City Development Projects (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance"). About road inspection
