In the case of applying for self-financing construction or applying for Article 32 consent consultation after April 2020, for road earthwork structures to be managed by the city road manager will be completed at the time of completion. （１） In the case of self-financing work based on Article 24 of the Road Law

• It will be added to the approval criteria.
• Please submit it by the time of completion.
• Please submit it to the approved Public Works Office.

（２） In the case of manager consultation based on Article 32 of the City Planning Act

• It will be added to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
• Please submit by the time of completion inspection of the road manager.
• Please submit it to the Road and Highway Bureau Maintenance Section Supervisor.
