- It is an arterial road that connects the city center to the western part of the city and connects to National Route 1 and Loop Route 2.
- We are currently conducting business in the Hirato area (Totsuka Ward).
- Improvements are being made in the Izumi area (Izumi Ward) and the Naze and Okazu districts (Totsuka Ward and Izumi Ward).
- The Naze district was opened on March 25, 2016 in a 330m section of Naze-cho, Totsuka-ku.
