This is a special exhibition that tells you about reading barrier-free in an easy-to-understand manner, such as "Experience of barrier-free books *", "broadcasting of enlightenment videos" and "enlightenment panel display". A message from Sao Ichikawa, Akutagawa Prize writer, is also on display.

It is a book that can be read in a way that suits you, such as "change the size and color of characters" and "speak out the contents by voice".
Some of them are read using PCs, tablets, smartphones, and dedicated devices.

Message from Sao Ichikawa, author of the Akutagawa Prize
Sao Ichikawa, a writer who won the 169th Akutagawa Prize for "Hantzsch Back", sent a message on reading barrier-free to citizens. Mr. Ichikawa's message is displayed on a panel at the venue.
Chuo-toshokan also holds a barrier-free reading exhibition from Wednesday, September 20 through October 9 (Mon./holiday).
