"Yokohama Noge Taro" published by Hoshi Sheepsha in 2023 is set in a bar street at the knee of Chuo-toshokan. We unravel the charm of the city of Noge through history, tavern, and popular culture.
He enjoyed talking about the secrets of production such as planning and interviewing "Yokohama Noge Taro", how to collect information at libraries and museums and how to use materials, and behind-the-scenes unique to small publishers.

Founded in Isezakicho in 2013 and launched the Yokohama People's Culture Magazine "Hama Taro" in December of the same year.
In 2015, he published the book "Yokohama Citizen Tavern Gurito" on the history and appetizers of the "Citizen Tavern Association" that exists only in Yokohama.
From 2021, "Hoshigosha stockroom NOGE" opened in Noge as a warehouse and direct sales shop.
The two staff members themselves work on interviews, writing, illustrations, and editing, and continue to send out "Yokohama with a real face".

What is "Yokohama Library School"?
"Yokohama Library School" is a comprehensive course for "learning with people and books" to deepen knowledge at the library.
In order to support everyone's learning from various perspectives, we will offer two series of "Culture Courses" to learn cutting-edge research results in academic fields such as science, technology, history, and art, and learn knowledge useful for solving social issues such as law and management.
