From April 1, 2024, inheritance registration has become mandatory.
In addition to changes and precautions due to the mandatory, we will talk about the basic contents of inheritance registration, with specific examples.

After the lecture, individual consultations will be held for applicants.
In the case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be conducted in advance.

(Kanagawa Prefectural Judicial Scrivener Association Yokohamanishi Branch Judicial Scrivener Association)
Graduated from Nihon University College of Arts, Department of Literature. After working as a composer Kyohei Tsutsumi manager, a lyricist and a regular member of the Japan Music Copyright Association. The representative songs are Da Carpo "Like a Flower Blooming in the Field" and Mariko Takahashi "The Town of the Sun".
After that, he passed the Judicial Scrivener Examination and was registered in the Kanagawa Prefectural Judicial Scrivener Association in 1989. After serving as Deputy General Manager of the Kanagawa Prefectural Judicial Scrivener Association Yokohamanishi Branch, Director of the General Affairs Department Association, and a member of Tsunaki, he retired from a judicial scrivener in 2017. Re-registered as a judicial scrivener in October 2023, recognizing that many people could not exercise their legitimate rights due to financial reasons.
