　Graduated from Nihon University College of Art. After working as a composer Kyohei Tsutsumi manager, he was a lyricist and a regular member of the Japan Music Copyright Association. The representative songs are Da Carpo "Like a flower blooming in the field" and Mariko Takahashi "Yokageri Town".
　After that, he passed the judicial scrivener examination and registered as the Kanagawa Prefectural Judicial Scrivener Association in 1989. After serving as Deputy General Manager of the Kanagawa Prefectural Judicial Scrivener Association Yokohamanishi Branch, Director of the Association General Affairs Department and Member of the Tsunaki, he retired from a judicial scrivener in 2017. Re-registered as a judicial scrivener in October 2023, recognizing that many people are unable to exercise their legitimate rights for financial reasons.
