He spoke in an easy-to-understand manner, focusing on ESG investment, Scope 1, 2, 3, and LCA, as well as initiatives in Japan and overseas, as well as the background behind the start of corporate information disclosure to achieve carbon neutrality.

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1965.
Joined Yokohama City Resource Recycling Business Cooperative in 2000. Coordinating between the resource recycling industry and Yokohama City to realize the Yokohama G30 Plan. Launched an environmental picture diary business and launched an environmental education business for elementary school students with a maximum of 23,000 works. Established the NPO Yokohama City Group Collection Promotion Subcommittee and built a co-creation business "Yokohama citizens collection" system for city businesses.
In 2006, he became the judge of the 12th Yokohama Environmental Activities Award. He is currently chair of the committee.
Joined the Sustainable Management Promotion Organization in 2020. After serving as General Manager of the Environmental Labels Division, Carbon Neutral Division, and EPD Division, he currently serves as General Manager of the Corporate Planning Division. Appointed a part-time lecturer at Kanto Gakuin University. (until March 2023)

What is "Yokohama Library School"?
"Yokohama Library School" is a comprehensive course for "learning with people and books" to deepen knowledge at the library.
In order to support everyone's learning from various perspectives, we will offer two series of "Culture Courses" to learn cutting-edge research results in academic fields such as science, technology, history, and art, and learn knowledge useful for solving social issues such as law and management.
