Last Updated January 9, 2024

We have achieved the target amount!

Thanks to the warm support of everyone, a total of 168 people donated 3.91 million yen, which greatly exceeded the target amount of 3 million yen, and we were able to achieve the target safely.
During the recruitment period, we received a warm message of support, which was the driving force of the project with us.
Thank you very much for your support.

The donation you receive will be used carefully to improve the environment in the precincts of Shomeiji Temple, a nationally designated historic site.
We look forward to your continued support for efforts to pass on the cultural properties of Yokohama City to the next generation.

Overview

In Yokohama City, as a new initiative to pass on the cultural properties of Yokohama to the next generation, we will carry out crowdfunding utilizing hometown tax payments to improve the environment in the precincts of Shomeiji Temple, a nationally designated historic site.
The donation received will be used to cover some expenses for improving the environment in the garden, such as updating explanation boards and benches, so that visitors can stroll and observe comfortably.
Thank you for your cooperation in protecting the precincts of Shomeiji Temple, a valuable cultural property that Yokohama is proud of, with you and passing it on to the next generation.
*The precincts of Shomeiji Temple, a nationally designated historic site, are maintained by City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat as a management organization for historic sites.
