If you do not need to set up Address because it was a warehouse or other building in the residential labeling area, you will need to submit an application if you do not need Address because of a subsequent change in use (change to office, etc.) or if you no longer need Address.
In addition, there is the same house number, and application is necessary when adding branch number.
