What are the certifications?
Various certifications are proofs issued as administrative services without being based on laws and regulations.
We issue certificates based on confirmation materials such as public books and ledgers kept at city halls and ward offices.
The following is a summary of the details.
Certificate of change of land name
What is the name change proof of land?
It proves that the name of the land ("ward name", "town name", "land number", etc.) has been changed due to the town street name lot number arrangement business or administrative district reorganization. It is used in the following cases where the public books of public offices cannot be rewritten without the application of the person.
- Real estate ownership registration change registration
- Proof of items described in vehicle inspection certificate
Notes
This proof is not a proof of change in Address, but a change in land name ("ward name", "town name" or "land number").
In addition, this proof cannot prove the name of the person who lived (homed) on the land to be certified.
- To prove the change of Address due to the residential labeling business (internal link)

How to apply by mail
In the case of application by mail, please contact the reception desk for proof of change such as name of land, and send the following documents.

Proof of existence (non-existence) such as street name
What is proof of existence (non-existence) such as street name?
Proof of existence (non-existence) such as street names proves that the street name exists (not present) to the present or to the present.

Anyone can charge it.

300 yen per copy
※Fees must be paid in cash or electronic money at the counter.
Electronic money can be used by transportation, WAON, nanaco, and Rakuten Edy. Also, you cannot pay or charge in conjunction with cash or certificate stamp.
