From May 8, 2023, the position of COVID-19 infection under the Infectious Diseases Control Law was changed from infectious diseases such as pandemic influenza to Class 5 infectious diseases, and it was fundamental to respect independent choices regarding basic infection control measures in daily life and leave it to the judgment of individuals and businesses.
The following are the points to consider when consulting.

- If you have a poor physical condition such as fever or cough, please do not overdo it and refrain from undergoing a medical examination.

Overview of Specific Health Checkups
The Yokohama National Health Insurance has implemented a “Specific Health Checkups” aimed at finding lifestyle-related diseases with hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, etc. caused by the accumulation of visceral fat.
Those who have taken out Yokohama City National Health Insurance and reach their 40-75th birthday by March 31, 2025 (for those who are 75 years old, until the day before their birthday) are eligible.
Please note that even those who meet the above conditions, those who fall under (1) to (9) below are not eligible for the specified Health Checkups.
