The number of osteopaths and osteopaths is increasing year by year, making it easy to use, but unlike hospitals and clinics, the scope of treatment covered by employee health insurance is limited.
If you or your family are using it, please understand the treatment of a judo reduction teacher (osteopath / osteopath) and how to get it properly, and then cooperate so that you can receive the treatment.

What is a judo reduction teacher (osteopath / osteopath)?

  4. Diseases caused by medical causes
  5. Bruise, inconsistent treatment after the sprain has been cured, chronic diseases such as sequelae of brain disease, long-term inconsistent treatment with no improvement in symptoms, use of massage substitutes
  6. When receiving treatment at Surgery Orthopaedic surgery and receiving treatment from a judo reduction teacher at the same location at the same time
  7. Muscle pain due to nervousness (rheumatism, arthritis)
  8. Those that were cured a few years ago naturally began to hurt.

In the above cases, even if you receive the treatment of a judo reduction teacher, you will be responsible for all costs.

Precautions when receiving treatment using National Health Insurance

Please note the following when receiving treatment by a judo reduction teacher (osteopath / osteopath) using the National Health Insurance.

  1. Let's tell the exact cause of the injury.
  2. Let's get a receipt and keep a record of your consultation.
  3. In the “Delegation to Receiving proxy/agent” section of the “Application for Payment of Medical Expenses” submitted by the judo reduction teacher to the National Health Insurance, check the name of the illness and the number of days, and be sure to fill out the form by yourself.
  4. Be sure to have a co-payment receipt and a statement of treatment issued.
  5. If the procedure is prolonged, consult a doctor.

About application for medical expenses payment

For judo reduction treatment and needle kyu, anma / massage treatment, the head of the household (insured person) bears 100% of the treatment medical treatment expenses originally covered by insurance, and at a later date, the ward office will pay the “medical expenses payment application” with the “medical expenses payment application” It corresponds to the “medical expenses” system that applies and pays the insurer's share (7.8.9%).
