When we newly provide consultation support for children with disabilities in elementary school studenｔ, which is determined by Yokohama City corresponding to any of the following, it will be eligible for assistance.
In addition, if both are applicable, we will assist you in duplicate.

[Application Requirements]
This subsidy project is intended to support labor costs. As a result, labor costs at business sites were reduced.
If it is lower than the statutory benefit cost and the total amount of the subsidy, the amount of labor cost will be the upper limit.
[Notes]
・Child with a disability support use plan created after April 1, 2023 is eligible for assistance.
・In addition, it is necessary to be consultation support that claimed statutory benefit expenses by March 31, 2023 for confirmation of supplementary requirements.
　Those that did not complete by March 31, 2024 are not eligible for subsidies.
・This subsidy will be the amount determined by the mayor within the range of Motoichi budget, and ends when the budget reaches the upper limit.

Please submit a set of application documents by mail by the following deadline. It is not possible to submit by e-mail.
(1)At the time of subsidy grant application
Please make a request as expected to be implemented in 2023. At the time of application, this year, which has already been newly implemented will also be eligible for assistance.

(2)At the time of reporting results
Please submit the amount actually newly implemented in 2023 after requesting statutory benefit expenses.
