If a new consultation support for children with disabilities is provided to elementary school studenｔ, which is determined by Yokohama City, which falls under any of the following, it will be eligible for assistance.
In addition, if both apply, we will assist you in duplicate.

[Application requirements]
The purpose of this subsidy project is to support personnel expenses. As a result, labor costs at business sites are reduced.
If it is lower than the statutory benefit cost and the total amount of the subsidy, the amount of labor cost will be the upper limit.
[Notes]
・Child with a disability support use plan created after April 1, 2023 is targeted for assistance.
・In addition, in order to confirm the assistance requirements, it is necessary to provide consultation support that has requested legal benefits by March 31, 2023.
　Thing which was not completed by March 31, 2024 is not targeted for subsidy.
・This subsidy will be the amount determined by the mayor within the range of Motoichi budget, and will end when the budget reaches the upper limit.

Please submit a complete set of application documents by mail by the following deadline. You can't submit it by e-mail.
(1)At the time of grant application
Please make a request for a new implementation in FY2023. At the time of application, this year, which has already been implemented, is also eligible for assistance.

※It is not necessary to submit a copy of each elementary school studenｔ's support plan for children with disabilities (draft) at the time of reporting the results, but it will be a document for applying for subsidies, so keep it at each business site and if requested by Motoichi, Please be able to confirm it.
※Despite being able to request a statutory initial addition, it is not intentionally requested and only this subsidy cannot be requested.
