2024 Yokohama City "day service (elderly day care) after school mainly for severely handicapped children" Welfare vehicle introduction subsidy

Companies that fall under both 1 and 2 below are eligible. If you do not fall under any of them, you will not be eligible.

1. Corporations designated as "day service (elderly day care) after school mainly for children with severe physical and mental disabilities" from Yokohama City or corporations scheduled to receive by March 1, 2025 (general after school, day service (elderly day care) and elementary school studenｔ development support are not eligible.)
2. A corporation that has been operating results of any of the following businesses for at least 6 months as of the date of grant application.

• Among the support programs for children with disabilities stipulated in the Child Welfare Law, "day service (elderly day care) after school mainly for children with severe physical and mental disabilities."
• clinics, a hospital stipulated in the Medical Law (Act No. 205 of 1948)
• Home-visit nursing operators stipulated in the employee health insurance Act (Act No. 70 of 1922)
• Medical facilities for children with disabilities prescribed in the Child Welfare Law (Act No. 164 of 1947)
• Rehabilitation and nursing care prescribed in the Act (Act No. 123 of 2005) for comprehensively supporting the daily and social life of persons with disabilities
• Nursing home care prescribed in the Nursing Care Insurance Law (Act No. 123 of 1997)

※The operation results also cover the operation results outside Yokohama City, but the operation results of multiple business establishments are not counted.

The following purchase costs, etc., which were introduced for the purpose of transfer to elementary school studenｔ for business operations.

1. Purchase costs for welfare vehicles
2. Remodeling costs for welfare vehicles

(Only welfare vehicles and remodeling costs are eligible, and consumption tax, various expenses, and accessories are not eligible.)
※Please note that if you receive other public grants, you will not be eligible for this grant. .
※Pre-registration is required before purchase. Please note that purchase costs, etc. incurred before submitting the subsidy grant application are not eligible for assistance.

The maximum amount of assistance per vehicle is as follows.

※The number of times you can receive this subsidy per office is limited to one time.
※Up to one vehicle per application.
※If the usage capacity of the business establishment increases due to the addition of the unit, the target business establishment that has already been issued can receive the grant again.
※It becomes sum that the mayor decides within the range of Motoichi budget.
※If there is a fraction of less than 1,000 yen, round it down.

• Subsidy company needs to manage property acquired by supporting business with care of good manager even after completion of supporting business.
• The period required for the disposal of property to be restricted is four years. If you abolish the business or transfer the vehicle within four years, you will need to return the subsidy in principle.
• If you apply before the designation of a business establishment, you can apply two months before the scheduled date of the new designation and after the start of the business is specifically determined. When you apply for assistance before designation, please talk with our section beforehand. (Scheduled to be designated on September 1: Subsidy can be applied from July 1)

Must arrive on Friday, January 31, 2025 (strict adherence)
