Of designated child with a disability place support establishment in the city, designated child with a disability consultation support establishment, we receive designation of Motoichi by May 1, 2024 and business until March 31, 2025 Those who are expected to continue (however, those who have not started providing services as of the date of application and those who have abolished or suspended the business as of the date of application)

・Utility costs, etc. to be borne by business sites

・A company that carries out multiple projects with the same establishment number shall apply only for one of the projects to be implemented. (One application will be made for each establishment number.)

Start accepting applications: Wednesday, January 15 (Inquiry window will be opened from the same day)
Application deadline: Must arrive by Friday, January 31
