What is the Regional Council for the Protection of elementary school student?

In order to provide early detection and appropriate protection and support for elementary school student, etc., it is important for related organizations to share information and ideas about their children, etc. and to respond under appropriate cooperation. Therefore, the Regional Council for the Protection of elementary school student (hereinafter referred to as the "Regional Council for the Protection of elementary school student)" is positioned in Article 25-2 of the Child Welfare Law as an organization for exchanging information and discussing support among related parties.
Functions of cooperatives
Duty of confidentiality of participants in need of cooperation (Article 25-5 of the Child Welfare Law)
If the cooperative imposes a duty of confidentiality on its constituent organizations and deems it necessary to exchange information on the elementary school student, etc., or to discuss the contents of support, it is possible to request materials or information to the relevant organizations, etc., to disclose opinions and other necessary cooperation.
Clarification of Coordination Agency
In Yokohama, the representative meeting will be held at the Child and Youth Bureau Children's Rights Protection Section and the Children and Families Support Division each ward will play a roleelementary school student.

It was established in June 1996 for the purpose of promoting child abuse measures business and city-wide comprehensive coordination of related businesses.
The committee consists of medical, judicial, police, regional and administrative (Civic Affairs Bureau, Board of Education Secretariat, Child and Youth Bureau, etc.).
