What is the elementary school student Regional Council for Protection?

In order to provide early detection and appropriate protection and support for elementary school student, it is important for related organizations to share information and ideas about their children and respond to them under appropriate cooperation. Therefore, the Regional Council for Measures to Prevent the Protection of elementary school student (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") is positioned in Article 25-2 of the Child Welfare Law as an organization that facilitates information exchange and support among concerned parties concerned with elementary school student.
Functions of the Consortium
Confidentiality of co-op participants (Article 25-5 of the Child Welfare Law)
The Japan Confederation imposes confidentiality obligations on the constituent organizations, and if it finds it necessary to exchange information on elementary school student, etc. or to discuss the contents of support, it can request the provision of materials or information to the relevant organizations, etc.
Clarification of Coordinating Body
In Yokohama, the representative meeting of the Child and Youth Bureau Children's Rights Protection Division and the Children and Families Support Division of each ward will be responsible for coordinatingelementary school student and other organizations.

Working Groups (“Child Abuse Prevention Liaison Committee”)
Each ward comprises schools, nursery schools, kindergartens, local welfare officers and children's committees, chief children's committees, medical institutions, police and other practitioners involved in the support of elementary school student requiring protection, such as schools, nursery schools, kindergartens, local welfare officers and children's committees, medical institutions, police, etc. In addition, we hold meetings in each small area to promote the creation of face-to-face relationships.
