About child abuse measures of Yokohama-shi

In Motoichi, we set up "Child Abuse Countermeasures Project" across bureau wards in September 2010, triggered by death cases that occurred in December 2009 and serious cases that occurred in July 2010. , Was considered. In the project, we discussed the issues and issues of child abuse and compiled the results into eight measures.

After classifying them into three layers, we shared the common understanding that it was necessary to provide necessary support to each level so that healthy and healthy child care can be carried out with peace of mind.
Eight Measures
- Enhancement of support measures: We protect child safety by enriching support measures such as ward or nursery school.
- Establishing and strengthening of systems: We will strengthen the system for promoting measures, including wards, children's guidance office, and schools that play a central role in support.
- Strengthening organizational response: We will set and clarify rules for organizational responses, such as revising manuals and clarifying the roles of the ward and children's guidance office.
- Human Resource Development: In addition to strengthening the expertise of the ward and children's guidance office, we will review and enhance training for related organizations.
- Strengthen cooperation among related organizations: We will strengthen cooperation among related organizations, such as the maintenance of coordination meetings for information sharing and the creation of a "shared rank" that indicates the degree of abuse.
- Promotion of Social Care: We will strengthen our social support system to support elementary school student through the development of nursing homes for elementary school student.
- Strengthening public awareness: We perform enlightenment such as enlightenment in municipal bus or station to be seen more citizen's eyes.
- Promotion of Local Child Care Support Project: For childcare anxiety reduction, we will maintain local child care support bases.
