Of 2-year-olds who cannot use nursery schools and are on hold, those who meet all of the following requirements

1. There are no bus routes on the route between home and nursery schools, and it is not easy to pick up and drop off the target elementary school studenｔ.
2. A distance of approximately 2 km or more from home
3. Apply for a new small-scale childcare business that can be accepted at the time of submission of the prior plan.
4. Those who can cooperate with the questionnaire to verify the experimental project

Those who are certified parents of children who are unable to enter the desired nursery school in the 2-year-old class and are on hold
※The child's guardian must have a resident certificate in Yokohama and currently reside in Address.

• 2-year-olds: From April 2, 2020 to April 1, 2021 (Reiwa 3)

Set the upper limit according to the one-way distance between your home and the nursery school (car driving).
If you exceed the upper limit, you will be charged a parental burden.

If you use the experimental project to use small-scale childcare services, you will be eligible for higher ranks.
If you are using a small-scale childcare business as of January 31, 2024, the rank will be raised and an adjustment index will be granted in the secondary use adjustment of admission in April 2024.

In order to apply for a subsidy grant, an additional application for a small-scale childcare business (hereinafter referred to as "subsidized facilities") that is not listed in the reservation letter of advice and meets the requirements is required.
At the same time as the additional application, please submit a copy of the advance plan (first style) (PDF: 114KB) and the notice of reservation to your ward office Children and Families Support Division.
We confirm contents of prior plan and will tell from Child and Youth Bureau childcare measures section in prior plan (change) confirmation letter of advice (second style) or prior plan (change) disapproval letter (third style).
When you change contents of prior plan (addition of supporting use facilities), please submit prior plan change notice (fourth style) (PDF: 126KB) to ward office Children and Families Support Division where you live.

When entrance is decided in facility targeted for assistance, please submit assistance grant application (fifth style) (PDF: 141KB) and child youth bureau childcare measures section.
※Please submit before the start of use of facilities targeted for assistance.
About grant of assistance, we will tell in notice of grant decision (seventh style) or notice of non-grant decision (eighth style).
If there is a change in the application after the decision of assistance, please submit the withdrawal and change application form (No. 9 style) (PDF: 63KB) with required documents and submit it to the Child and Youth Bureau Childcare Measures Section.

When entrance to facility targeted for assistance is decided, please submit bill (twelfth style) (PDF: 74KB) and attached sheet (PDF: 51KB) to Child and Youth Bureau childcare measures section immediately.
After confirming the details of the request, an electronic ticket will be distributed by sending the ticket code to the e-mail address you applied for before the taxi starts using the taxi.

Please apply according to the normal usage adjustment.
Electronic tickets will be distributed by the start date of use of the small-scale childcare business.

• In order to use this business, it is necessary to download the taxi application "GO" and register a credit card with the application.
• The date and time of use of the electronic ticket, boarding place and getting off location information will be provided to Yokohama City from the app provider. In addition, if there is any doubt about the use of electronic tickets, Yokohama City may also receive information other than the above from the app provider, and Yokohama City may conduct a survey of usage.
• Electronic tickets can only be used when transferring elementary school studenｔ from home to a nursery school.
• The number of electronic tickets distributed per day is up to 2 (going / returning).

• If you exceed the maximum amount of electronic tickets, you will be charged by the taxi. Even if you accidentally use a service that generates a separate arrangement fee or if it is higher than the normal taxi fare due to traffic conditions, etc., if the maximum amount exceeds the maximum amount, the taxi will be borne by the taxi operator .
• An electronic ticket will be applied even if a cancellation fee is incurred. When an electronic ticket is applied, the ticket will be used and cannot be used thereafter.
• The use of this business does not guarantee taxi dispatch.
