For those who have difficulty picking up, such as being unable to use a nursery school, etc., cannot pass by bus away from their homes, we will support the pick-up of elementary school studenｔ by distributing electronic tickets that can be used for taxi usage fees, etc.

Those who meet all of the following requirements among 1.2 years old who cannot use nursery schools and are on hold

1. There is no bus route on the route between home and the nursery school, so it is not easy to pick up and drop off the target elementary school studenｔ
2. The distance must be at least 2 km from home
3. Use of a new year-limited childcare business
4. Those who can cooperate with the questionnaire to verify experimental project

Please be sure to check by yourself before submitting the prior plan and subsidy grant application.

Those who are certified parents of children who cannot enter the desired nursery school in the 1-year-old class or 2-year-old class and are on hold
※The child's guardian must have resident certificate in Yokohama and currently resides in Address.

• 1 year old: April 2, 2021 to April 1, (2022) April 1, 2022
• 2 years old: Reiwa 2 (2020) April 2 to 3 April 1, 2021

Set the upper limit according to the one-way distance between your home and the nursery school (driving by car).
If the maximum amount is exceeded, a parental burden will be charged.

If you use this experimental project and use the annual childcare business, you will also be eligible for a rank increase.
If you are using the year-limited childcare business as of January 31, 2024, the rank will be raised and an adjustment index will be granted in the secondary use adjustment of admission in April 2024.

Before applying for business use, please coordinate in advance with the implementation garden of the year-limited childcare business you wish to use, and receive your consent for the use.

After obtaining consent about the use of the year-limited childcare business, please submit a copy of the prior plan and a subsidy grant application (sixth style) (PDF: 140KB) and a copy of the reservation letter to the Child and Youth Bureau Childcare Measures Section.
In the application form, please indicate the distance (walk and car) from your home to the nursery school and the transportation route by car. Click here for information on how to check the distance and transfer route.
About grant of assistance, we will tell by notice of grant decision (the seventh style) or notice of non-grant decision (eighth style).
In addition, when the budget amount is expected to exceed the budget, the priority will be determined based on the rank and adjustment index according to usage adjustment, and then determine the target of assistance.
If there is a change in the application content after the decision of assistance, please attach required documents to the withdrawal and change application (No. 9 style) (PDF: 63KB) and submit it to the Child and Youth Bureau Childcare Measures Section.

After grant decision, please submit bill (12th style) (Excel: 15KB) and attached sheet to the Child and Youth Bureau Childcare Measures Section by the 20th of the previous month when you start using the taxi.
After confirming the billing details, the e-ticket will be distributed by sending the ticket code to the e-mail address you applied for by the time you start using the taxi.

Until Friday, November 10, 2023 (must arrive)

It is scheduled for late November 2023.

On Friday, December 1, 2023, you can start the use of the year limited childcare business.

If the budget does not reach the upper limit, applications will be accepted after the above deadline (November 10, 2023) has passed.
In that case, please contact us individually for the electronic ticket distribution date and the start date of use of the year-limited childcare business.

• In order to use this business, it is necessary to download the taxi application "GO" and register a credit card in the application.
• About the date and time of use of electronic ticket, boarding place and getting off place information, application provider will provide Yokohama City. In addition, in the event of doubts regarding the use of electronic tickets, Yokohama City will also receive information other than the above from the app provider, and Yokohama City may conduct a survey of the actual usage.
• Electronic tickets can be used only when picking up elementary school studenｔ from home to a nursery school.
• The number of electronic tickets distributed per day is up to two (going / returning).
• If you use it for any purpose other than the purpose, you may be asked to pay for all or part of the amount of the electronic ticket used after the subsidy decision. For more information about unintended use, please refer toTerms of Service (PDF: 748KB)Please take a look at it.
• If you exceed the maximum amount of the electronic ticket, you will be responsible for the taxi. Even if you accidentally use a service that requires a separate arrangement fee or if it becomes higher than the normal taxi fare due to traffic conditions, etc., if the maximum amount is exceeded, the taxi will be borne by the taxi.
• If a cancellation fee is incurred, an electronic ticket will be applied. When an electronic ticket is applied, the ticket will be used and cannot be used thereafter.
• The use of this business does not guarantee taxi dispatch.
