With the free provision of early childhood education and childcare, facilities that carry out company-led childcare projects (hereinafter referred to as “company-led childcare facilities”) need to report the usage status to the municipalities where users live. .

About "Usage Status Report (as of April 1)"
Please submit a “Company-led Childcare Business Usage Report” regarding usage status of elementary school student as of April 1, 2024.
However, the following elementary school student is not required.
・elementary school student leaves the school on March 31 because of entering elementary school
・If the elementary school student, which is accepted by the garden, leaves the park beyond the age of the target.
"Our garden is accepted up to the age-old class." If you can provide such information, you do not need to enter each person.
・elementary school student, which uses only temporary custody and sick childcare services.
