About "Usage Status Report (as of April 1)"

About the use elementary school student situation as of April 1, 2024, please submit "company-led childcare business use situation report".

However, the following elementary school student is not required.
 ・elementary school student leaves school on March 31 due to admission to elementary school
 ・If the elementary school student is subject to acceptance of the garden leaves beyond the age subject to acceptance.
  "Our garden is accepted up to the old class." If you do not need to enter, you will not need to fill out one person.
 ・elementary school student uses only temporary custody services and sick childcare services.
