　Parents of infants who use group activities that meet the standards set by Motoichi for various group activities for pre-primary school children who play an important role in the community in response to the needs of the community and parents From the perspective of reducing the financial burden on the guardian, a part of the usage fee will be paid.

　Of the residents of Yokohama City, use the target facilities, etc., generally 4 hours or more and less than 8 hours a day, 5 days or more a week, 39 weeks or more per year, and the month to which the use day belongs (hereinafter referred to as “the month of use”) Pre-primary school children aged 3 years or older who are enrolled on the first day of the above.

　Infants who have received or are planning to receive use benefits (free benefits) such as facilities for child care in the month of use are not eligible.

※The use benefits for facilities for child care (free benefits) are defined by children who have been certified by the municipalities to use specific children and child care support facilities such as private school subsidized kindergartens and kindergartens, and non-licensed childcare facilities. It is a benefit that you can receive when you do.

①Parents pay the usage fee to the facility
②Parents write their name, desired date of certification, etc. on the certificate of use, and then request the facility to issue it.
③At the request of the guardian, the facility will fill in the date and cost of use every month and issue it to the guardian.
④Parents attach the certificate of use already stated in the application form and apply for benefits to Yokohama City.

※Applications are made every six months (April to September: November application, October to March: May application)
⑤Yokohama City will conduct an examination based on the parent's application and transfer the benefits directly to the parent's account.

※Applications that require time to review, such as lack of documents or incomplete documents, will be delayed by one month or more from the above scheduled payment date.
※If you do not meet the application acceptance period, please submit it by the next application period.
※The application deadline is 5 years from the last day of the month of use.

・Do not use the disappearing ballpoint pens or correction fluid.
・To make corrections, draw a double line on the corrected part and write the correct wording on it.
・The account holder should be the applicant. If you wish to change the account holder to a name other than the applicant, please fill in the name of the applicant in the delegation field and ask the seal of private seal.
