　For a variety of group activities for pre-primary school children who play an important role in the community in response to the needs of the community and parents, infants who use group activities that meet the standards set by Motoichi We will pay a part of the usage fee from the viewpoint of reducing the financial burden on parents.

　Among the residents of Yokohama City, resident certificate is located in Yokohama City on the first day of the month of use, and the target facilities are used. ※I am a pre-primary school infant who is 3 years old or older.

※Students enrolled on the first day of the month of use, generally 4 hours or more and less than 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 39 weeks or more per year

　In the month of use, infants who have received or are planning to receive use benefits (free benefits) for facilities for child care are not eligible.

※The use benefits for facilities for child care (free benefits) means that children who have been certified by municipalities use private school subsidy kindergartens and kindergartens custody childcare, and specific children and child care support facilities such as unlicensed childcare facilities. It is a benefit that can be received when.

[Method of calculating benefits]
①　Usage fees actually paid to the target facilities, etc. in that month: A Yen
②　Benefit base amount: B yen

Applicable from the usage fee for the month following the month in which the child reaches the age of three.
※The day you reach the age of 3 is the day before your birthday.

①Parents pay the usage fee to the facility.
②Parents fill out the certificate of use with their name, date of desired certification, etc., and then request the facility to issue it.
③The facility, at the request of the guardian, fills in the year and cost used monthly and issues it to the guardian.
④Parents attach the certificate of use already stated in the application form and apply for benefits to Yokohama City.

※Applications are made semi-annually (April-September: November application, October-March: May application)
⑤Yokohama City conducts an examination based on the application of the guardian and transfers the benefits directly to the guardian account.

※Applications that take time to review, such as missing or incomplete documents, will be delayed by one month or more from the scheduled payment date.
※If you do not meet the application acceptance period, please submit it by the next application period.
※The application deadline is 5 years from the last day of the month of use.

・Do not use ballpoint pens or correction fluids that disappear.
