About home visit type childcare business

Home-based childcare workers who have completed the home-based childcare basic training conducted by Yokohama City will visit elementary school studenｔ's home for children aged 0 to 2 years and provide one-on-one childcare.

This project will be implemented as one of the day-to-day work transition support tools for single-parent families. Therefore, in the use, it will be a single-parent home living in Yokohama City that meets the conditions described in the following information.

1 Application for confirmation of prior consultation and usage requirements
Please consult with Children and Families Support Division in your ward if you are eligible for this project in advance. After consultation, when you want to apply for use, please apply for use requirements confirmation by "Yokohama-shi home visit type childcare business use requirements confirmation application". (If you do not meet the usage requirements, you will not be able to use it.)
2 Interviews and adjustments (if the usage requirements are met)
After receiving the “Application for Approval of Use” from Children and Families Support Division, contact the home-visit type childcare provider, have an interview at the parent's home, and discuss usage time and transportation expenses. In addition, it may not be available depending on the desired time and availability.
3 Application for use (application for payment authorization)
After consultation with the business operator, please apply for use at Children and Families Support Division in your ward by the deadline of the month before the desired month of use.
4 Use decision
We perform use adjustment, and when use is decided, we send use adjustment result notice.
As a result of usage adjustment, it may be suspended.
5 Usage Contracts
If you decide to use it by notification of use adjustment result, please conclude a use contract with the company.
