Have you finished reporting that you didn't have any income?
If both last year and two years ago have no income and are tax-exempt, the difference in the National Health Insurance premium is only the difference in the per capita rate for each year.
What is conceivable is that last year, 20%, 50% and 70% of the per capita rate were reduced as a measure to reduce the National Health Insurance premium for low-income households, but this year there was no income last year. May not be able to judge whether it is a low-income household because it has not been declared, and it may not be possible to reduce it.
In such cases, if you submit a petition for income from the National Health Insurance Premium to National Health Insurance Section Insurance and Pension Division, 27th floor, and if it is recognized as a low-income household, 20%, 50% or 70% of the per capita premium will be reduced.
