I was told, "Please report your income to determine the National Health Insurance premium." I filed, but I did not receive a notice that the National Health Insurance premium has changed. What do you mean?

As a result of the income declaration, there is a possibility that the "base gross income amount (the amount obtained by subtracting the basic deduction of 330,000 yen from the income during the previous year), which is the basis for calculating the National Health Insurance premium, may not have changed.

If the basis of the calculation does not change and there is no change in the amount of National Health Insurance premium, a notice of insurance amount will not be issued. Even if the premium amount changes, it will take a few days to send the notification.
