As a result of the declaration of income, there is a possibility that the “base gross income amount (the amount obtained by subtracting the basic deduction of 330,000 yen from the income during the previous year)”, which is the basis for calculating the National Health Insurance premium, did not change.

If the basis of the calculation does not change and the National Health Insurance premium does not change, a premium notice will not be issued. Even if the premium changes, it will take a few days to send the notification.
