In Yokohama City, based on Article 29-7, Paragraph 2, Item 4 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the National Health Insurance Law, the income percent of insurance premiums is calculated based on the “base gross income amount (basic deduction of 330,000 yen from the income during the previous year)”.
