Can you hand my National Health Insurance Card at the counter?

A
The National Health Insurance Card will be mailed to the registered Address in principle to confirm your residence.
However, if you plan to go to a medical institution, etc. before the National Health Insurance Card arrives, a substitute certificate will be issued at the counter (private seal that can confirm your name such as a driver's license or my number card Please bring it).
