What should I do if I change my National Health Insurance premium to another account?
Last Updated October 3, 2018
Create a "Bank Transfer Request Form" for the account you want to make a new fund transfer, and submit it to the financial institution or post office where the account is located. The "Bank Transfer Request Form" is available at financial institutions, post offices and ward offices in the city, Insurance and Pension Division National Health Insurance Section (27th window on the second floor).
In addition, it takes about one to two months from the submission of the "Bank Transfer Request Form" until the transfer can be made with a new account. When the procedure is completed, you will receive a "Notice of Change of Payment Method" (postcard) on the 20th of the transfer start month.
Please note that it will be debited from the account before the change until you receive the "Notice of Payment Method Change".
