What should I do if I change my account to transfer my National Health Insurance premium to another account?
Last Updated July 26, 2024
Create a "Bank Transfer Request Form" for the account you want to make a new fund transfer, and submit it to the financial institution or post office where the account is located. The “Bank Transfer Request Form” is available at the Insurance and Pension Division National Health Insurance Section (27th floor on the second floor) of financial institutions, post offices and ward offices in the city.
In addition, it takes about one to two months from the time you submit the "Bank Transfer Request Form" to the time you can transfer with a new account. When the procedure is completed, you will receive a "Notice of Change in Payment Method" (postcard) around the 20th of the transfer start month.
Please note that until you receive the "Notice of Change of Payment Method", it will be debited from the account before the change.
