Even if the head of the household does not have National Health Insurance, the household member's National Health Insurance Card and documents related to National Health Insurance will be sent to the head of household.

However, only the member can use the National Health Insurance Card, and the premium is also calculated based on the income of the person who has taken out National Health Insurance.
