Chicken is an animal with a high infection rate of food poisoning bacteria called Campylobacter.
Raw chicken has a high pollution rate of this bacterium, and bacteria may enter into the meat.
Eating without heating it to the center may cause food poisoning.
Among the chicken-produced foods that are commonly distributed, only eggs can be eaten raw and safely.
