Features

In addition, toxins that cause vomiting are also resistant to heat and do not inactivate even when heated at 126 ° C for 90 minutes.
Symptoms
[vomit type] 30 to 6 hours after eating, nausea, vomiting, etc. develop.
[diarrhea type] 6-15 hours after eating, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc. develop.
Preventive measures
・When cooking, heat it enough.
