By cause! Be careful of this!

Cause No. 1 Anisakis

Seafood such as mackerel, sardines and squid may be parasitic withanisakis.
When eating sashimi, it is safe to buy frozen foods. Also, when cooking sashimi, look closely in a bright place and remove anisakis. Heating is also effective.

Cause No. 2 Campylobacter

An illustration of meat

Chicken dishes that have not been sufficiently heated (chicken sashimi, tataki, grilled chicken) may have Campylobacter.
Let's heat meat to the center, regardless of freshness. Use cooking utensils for ingredients to be eaten as they are and for raw meat. For grilled meat, prepare tongs and chopsticks exclusively for meat. It is also effective to avoid meat dishes that have not been sufficiently heated.
